The 6 Pillars of 6-Figure Health

In most people’s minds, there’s one standard of success that tends to get held above the rest.
Money.
As kids, we have no clue what the word ‘success’ means. We simply live our lives trying to have as much fun as we can.
As we get older, into high school and college, we come to understand success more. Success is getting good grades, getting into a good school, getting a good job, finding a spouse and getting married…
Then, as we progress into full-blown adults, success often ends up revolving around one thing - how much money we make.
Which makes sense. Money influences a lot about our lives. Where we live, how we live, the things we can do, how and when we can retire…
But there’s something else that often doesn’t get talked about or even considered, that influences all that as well - and by extension, how successful we are.
Our health.
6-figure wealth long has been seen as the benchmarked needed to be reached in order to live a comfortable, enjoyable life (although it may be closer to 7 figures now).
But in over a decade as a coach, business owner, and someone who built a 6-figure income, I can confidently say that 6-figure health is infinitely more impactful than 6-figure wealth.
Not only does our health influence our ability to enjoy the fruits of our hard work - it’s what allows us to be successful in the first place.
I’ve worked with hundreds of business owners, entrepreneurs, and high-level executives. And the one thing they all understand is that their success is dependent on them being on top of their game as often as humanly possible.
But how can you be on top of your game if you can’t get a good night’s sleep?
If you’re constantly struggling to find the energy just to make it to lunch?
If you’re mainlining caffeine just to keep your eyes open?
If you’re stressed all the time.
If your clothes feel too tight, and you’re unhappy with yourself, or lacking confidence?
Yet this is what happens.
Because people are constantly sacrificing their health in an attempt to build wealth.
And when they realize they can’t do it anymore, they come to me for a solution on how to fix it.
Which brings us to the 6 Pillars of building 6-Figure Health.
It’s these things that often get sacrificed when our professional or personal lives get too busy and overwhelming.
The problem is, it’s these things that allow us to effectively manage a busy professional and personal life in a healthy way.
What are they?
1) Nutrition
2) Exercise
3) Sleep
4) Stress management
5) Metabolic and Hormonal Optimization
6) Mindset
In over 10 years of helping 500+ clients, again and again, I’ve found that these are the required pillars of any approach needed to build 6-Figure Health.
Because Everything Affects Everything.
If anything, that list above should be represented as a circle - because they all feed into each other in different ways.
And it’s not understanding this connection that often holds people (coaches included) back from losing weight, getting in shape, improving performance, feeling more energized, and building 6-Figure Health for the rest of their lives.
