For years I struggled with that myself because I was overwhelmed with the amount of information out there when it came to weight loss, exercise, reducing fatigue and increasing energy, optimizing my hormonal and metabolic health…
I tried desperately to find the best workout plan, the best diet, or any shortcut that would help me stop feeling like a spoiled bag of marshmallows.
As you can probably guess, that strategy didn't work.
Why?
Because nothing I did ever felt manageable or sustainable.
That’s why it took me over 4 years to lose 100 pounds.
It was a lot of trial and error; trying different things to find what worked best for me. Failing. Then trying again.
And the approach that worked best? The one I have now used to help hundreds of clients to look, feel, and perform their best as well?
The simplest one.
I’m a big believer in the K.I.S.S. mantra - Keep It Stupidly Simple.
And in my 10+ years as a coach, I’ve found that the simplest approach tends to be the best one.
