Welcome to a new series here on 6-Figure Health entitled: Supplements for Smart Dummies.

I was going to just call this Supplements for Dummies, but I didn’t want you to feel like I thought you were a dummy.

Quite the opposite, in fact. If you’re reading this newsletter, that means you’re actively trying to improve your health and fitness. Which I think makes you quite smart!

However, in working with over 500 clients over the past decade, I know that many smart people often only have a surface-level understanding of various health topics - simply because they don’t have the time, energy, or even want, to seek out all the information on a particular topic.

That, my 6-Figure Health friends, is where I come in.

I do the work and research, so you don’t have to.

And that’s what you’ll get in this Supplements for Smart Dummies series.

We’re gonna get a little science-y here, but not too science-y. I want you to have all the information you need to go out and make informed decisions about supplements and your health, without boring you to death.

Also because there’s a lot of misinformation out there. And even clients I work with who have been into fitness for years or decades often still are unsure about some topics.

Which is exactly what we’re here to clear up. And we’re starting with the one supplement nearly every single person should be taking…
