Fitmas Gifts for the Health Enthusiast In Your Life (Or Yourself)!
Deals galore inside!
Doing something fun here today!
It’s less than 2 weeks to Christmas, and if you’re anything like me, then you only have about 6% of your shopping done and have no idea what you’re getting for most of your family.
So, I went ahead and put together a list of some of my favorite health and fitness-related products, services, and businesses for your gift shopping this holiday season.
Whether you have someone in your life who’s a fitness enthusiast, know someone trying to be more health conscious, or just looking to pick up a few things for yourself, today I’ve put together a list of some great finds you can use to make your, or someone you love’s, 2025 fitter, healthier, and better…
1) When it comes to supplements, two of my favs I’ve been using for years are Raw Nutrition and Revive.
Raw is great for your typical sport and performance supplements - Creatine, protein, stim and non-stim pre-workouts, etc.
Revive is my go-to for more health-focused supplements, such as things to aid with sleep, digestion, stress and hormone management, and other health needs.
You can use the code ‘JPAGEL10’ to get 10% off all Raw and Revive products.
2) Over the past year, one of my areas of interest has been focusing on improving my day-to-day health in ways outside of just diet, exercise, sleep, stress management, etc.
One of those ways has been paying more attention to the products I use and gradually making shifts to more natural one with fewer ingredients.
One of those products is haircare.
Admittedly, my hair’s getting a bit thinner than I would like for my mid-30s, so hair health has become something important to me. And one company I’ve found that has great natural haircare products is Fountainhead Hair.
Fountainhead has a great shampoo product I’ve been using for months now that I really love. Formulated in small handmade batches, this shampoo combines the vitalistic properties of organic Australian Maca Root with actual Raw Honey from Utah's Wasatch Mountains to provide the only truly natural shampoo on the market for better, stronger, healthier hair.
They also have a great lavender hair growth oil designed to help not only induce growth within the hair follicle itself, but also to enrich new and existing hair with the nutrients required to grow stronger and more resilient.
Check out Fountainhead Hair here.
3) Speaking of hair, another great product for not just helping hair growth and reducing shedding, but also improve skin health and youthfulness as well, is Mirror Skin.
Mirror Skin contains the peptide GHK-Cu, which has been shown to repair protective skin barrier proteins, increase the production of keratinocytes, and reduce free radical damage which increases hair growth, thickness, and enlarges hair follicle size.
4) Another trend that’s all the rage now is Saunas. And for good reason.
Research has shown a ton of benefits from consistent sauna use, including relaxation, improved circulation, detoxification through sweating, muscle relaxation, and stress reduction. Regular use may also promote skin health, enhance cardiovascular function, and support recovery after exercise.
Problem is, saunas can get pretty pricey. And some require a lot of space or special electrical hook-ups.
But one company that’s making saunas more accessible for more people (along with cold plunges) is Nurecover.
Nurecover has great portable infrared saunas you can fit in pretty much any room of the house. Not only that but they’re about a third of the price of the cheapest infrared saunas you can find on Amazon.
Check out Nurecover Sauna’s here and use the code ‘PAGEL’ for a 15% discount.
5) If you’re someone who works hard in the gym to look your best, you probably don’t want that to go to waste underneath cheap clothes, right?
Two of my favorite clothing brands with super high-quality items are Vuori and Ten Thousand workout gear.
In my opinion, Vuori and Ten Thousand are better alternatives to Lululemon. While Lulu is nice, I’ve never felt like it was made for people who lift weights or have a stockier/broader build. I’ve always felt more comfortable and able to perform better in these two brands.
Vuori is pretty stingy with their discounts, so sorry, can’t help you there. You can however use this link for a discount on Ten Thousand.
6) If you’re looking for another top-notch gift for the health enthusiast in your life, one I’ve recommended for a while, and still, do is an Oura Ring.
Originally created mainly as a sleep tracker, Oura has done a great job expanding its tech to include so much more. Oura Rings are great all-around health trackers for anyone looking to get a deeper insight into their own health.
7) Time for everyone’s favorite recommendations - food!
First off, I can’t recommend Traeger Grills enough.
My girlfriend got me a Traeger last year for Christmas, and it’s the best, most used gift I’ve ever received. I use it almost every single day.
Traegers function as both a low-heat smoker and high-heat grill. And I love using mine for meal prep. It fits a ton of food, and with the temperature control wifi settings, it requires minimal attention compared to cooking in the kitchen. There’s also minimal clean-up, unlike typical meal prep.
8) You’re going to need something to put on that Traeger, right?
Unfortunately, it’s no secret that prices have gone up a lot in recent years. And going to the grocery store can be really painful on the wallet. That’s why I love Wild Fork Foods as an alternative to a lot of grocery store meats. Often I find Wild Fork has cheaper and better options when it comes to chicken, and different cuts of beef - especially roast and ground beef.
Check out Wild Fork Foods here and get $10 off your first order.
10) I have a lot of clients who enjoy working out from home.
And they’re always asking for equipment recommendations to help them get just as good of a workout as they can get in the gym. Here are a few at-home pieces of equipment I recommend…
11) The ultimate gift for someone seriously interested in improving their fitness while building 6-Figure Health for life?
That would be a 6-Figure Health premium subscription, of course!
Seriously, though…I’ve got a lot of great content, guides, and in-depth breakdowns planned for 2025.
Not only that, BUT…
I’ll be upgrading the Workout of the Month experience for all our premium members as well - to include an app for workout tracking, along with an awesome community where you can get accountability from me, and ask questions to get help with your specific health goals.
Upgrades and new features of course come with increased costs as well. My goal is always to keep the 6-Figure Health Newsletter as low-cost as possible for subscribers.
But prices for new premium subscribers will be going up in the new year once we launch version 2.0.
So, if you or someone you know wants to lock in a premium subscription now, at the lowest price possible…
I’m offering 30% off a monthly or yearly subscription now through December 31st.
Just follow the link below to get yours.
